Every account is assigned a permanent Senior Account Manager as a single point of contact to manage each event. You have one person with full knowledge of your event, its goals and how you define the success that will be achieved. The Senior Account Manager has a team dedicated to your meeting to increase your resources and to provide management backup. As an integral part of your team, we handle every last detail efficiently and exactly as if we were a member of your staff.

Started in 1987, Conference & Logistics Consultants, Inc., is a full service meeting consulting firm. We plan and manage more than 50 events annually, including association and corporate conferences varying in size from 50 to 10,000 delegates.
Over the past twenty years, we have produced more than 2200 conferences and meetings across North America and Europe. Our client base is professional, educational and scientific associations, as well as, national corporations. Our fully staffed, experienced firm brings a total of more than 100 combined years of high level leadership and strategic management experience from the Association and Hospitality fields.
We have developed our own conference software tools to provide customized data management and reporting. Our software for managing speaker abstract submissions and meeting logistics ensures accuracy, improves consistency and communication. It also saves time and money.
