Our Consultative Approach
The Conference & Logistics Consultants, Inc. (C&LC) team is comprised of marketing, hospitality and meeting-trained people that are committed to client service. Our professionals have many years of industry experience, which we leverage toward our clients' success. Our staff has all been selected to work for C&LC, Inc. because of their creative ability, innovation, tenacity, attention to detail, strong project management skills, and high standards of performance. We interface with hoteliers, vendors, and clients with ease and professionalism, demonstrating a clear understanding of both the importance of a positive image and the bottom line.
We are a full service conference management and consulting firm. This means that, in addition to basic meeting planning services (contracts, food and beverage, equipment, exhibition and event management, technical support, travel, etc.), we provide support and management in the areas of event & program development, budget development, marketing, publications, speaker communication management, and administrative support for running a conference headquarters.
We are considered a consulting firm rather than just a meeting planning company, meaning that we take a proactive role, not only in our management style but also in constantly providing advice, options, and new ideas and a fresh perspective toward the goals of the conference. We believe it is our responsibility to provide you with the latest guidance on marketing & promotion, logistics management, budget and finance, insurance and liability issues, disability issues and other crucial issues. We feel that simply managing the details is not enough to achieve the high level of success that we demand.

International Relations and Experience
We have experience in hosting international delegates, understanding and dealing with cultural diversity and accommodating unique requirements. Many of our clients’ conferences host international delegates. One conference, in particular, has an attendance of more than 80% Non-North American delegates representing more than 43 countries.
Conference & Logistics Consultants, Inc. offers our clients operational experience in producing successful international conferences. When you look to international destinations in the future, we have direct on-site experience from having produced a dozen conferences in Amsterdam, Florence, The Hague, London and Rome. Additionally, our team has specific on-site knowledge of other key international destinations and facilities including Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Nice, Paris Singapore, Sydney, and Vienna. We also have active professional relationships with dozens of other international destinations.

Many of our clients are volunteer-driven and committee-run. We are keenly aware of the great value of this kind of support, energy, enthusiasm and creativity. We take great care to positively support all committee members in their roles and responsibilities. We believe it is critical to ensure that the volunteer / committee experience is a positive one. Simultaneously, we also use our professional experience and diplomacy to ensure the success of the conference by managing the operational framework of the event and acting as the 'safety net' for all the details.
Post Conference Meeting
We wrap up all of our contracts with a “lessons learned” post conference report, to preserve the knowledge we have gained for future years. We feel it is important to provide our clients with:

- Expense report against budget
