  • Managing a 4-day conference with 2000 submissions, 1700 reviewers, 173 sessions, 13 concurrent tracks, 2,300 attendees with 63 countries in attendance

Government Experience

Across the history of our company we have produced conference in partnership with the Army, the Department of Defense (DOD/STARS), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and other government agencies.

Domestic and International Experience

We have successfully produced conferences across North America since 1987 and in Western Europe since 1992. In addition:

  • We have experience in hosting international delegates in the U.S. and abroad, understanding and dealing with cultural diversity and accommodating unique requirements.
  • We have excellent business relationships with a diverse international network of reputable and reliable hotels, meeting facilities and vendors.
Support to International Delegates

In addition to providing all the services typically offered to any conference delegate, we also
provide information and support to assist delegates traveling to or from North America.

These services include:

  • Specific conference correspondence to allow delegates / speakers to obtain VISA from their country of origin.
  • Web site addresses and information related to Department of State and U.S. Customs for visa related questions and assistance.
  • Web site addresses and information related to the Temporary Visitors site of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service.
  • Advice and direction about how to obtain U.S. visa from International State Department office.
  • Information and contact information for conference-local currency exchange locations.
  • Information about the conference-local electrical power source.
  • Resources for translators and / or translation services.
Hospitality Industry Experience

Of our many management achievements, we are most proud to have been selected by our peers, for five years, to manage Meeting Professionals International’s largest Chapter in the Washington, DC Metro-area chapter.

Established in 1972, Meeting Professionals International (MPI) is the leading global community committed to shaping and defining the future of the meeting and event industry. As the largest trade association for the $102.3 billion meeting industry, MPI defines the return on investment and strategic value meetings bring to individuals, organizations and the global economy.

It is a high honor to be selected by our own professional community to manage all the membership and operational responsibilities of the Potomac Chapter Headquarters of MPI.

In early 2006, we were invited by PCMA (Professional Conference Management Association) to provide association, administrative, financial and conference management services to this national association. Much to our regret, we had to decline this opportunity and honor, due to our existing client commitments. While our firm has the complete set of resources and expertise to meet their needs, we could not commit with 100% certainty that there would not be conflicts with our existing Senior staff project assignments / contracts.
